Online billing statements include Tuition & Fee Invoices and a Statement of Account. Students can access these bills through their WebAdvisor account. The bills are updated in real time and are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Students and parents should periodically access their bill to ensure that they have the most up-to-date version.
How do I access my student's bill?
With the permission of their student, parents and/or other authorized individuals who are paying a bill on behalf of the student can now access their own WebAdvisor account to view various academic and financial information. Families that are interested should have their student go to WebAdvisor and use the "Grant Rights" link under "Academic Profile" to begin the process. Once the process is complete, the parent or guardian will receive a confirmation email with information on how to access their own WebAdvisor account.
What is my Tuition & Fee Invoice?
A Tuition & Fee Invoice displays information for a selected term, including the student's schedule, related charges and credits, as well as any "estimated credits" that may be applied to the account, such as Quinnipiac scholarships and grants, outside scholarships, payment plans and employee or employer benefits. All "estimated credits" are subject to final approval by the Financial Aid Office.
Students can request an updated version of their Tuition & Fee Invoice through their WebAdvisor accounts. Once the request has been submitted, a PDF version of the requested Tuition & Fee Invoice will be emailed to the student's Quinnipiac University email account.
What is my Statement of Account?
A Statement of Account displays only transactions that have been posted to the student's account and does not include any "estimated credits," such as pending financial aid transactions.
Students can request an updated version of their Statement of Account through WebAdvisor. Once the request has been submitted, a PDF version of the requested Statement of Account will be emailed to the student's Quinnipiac University email account.
What is the preferred method of communication?
The Bursar's Office will communicate via email using the student's Quinnipiac University email address as well as the email address of any authorized parents or authorized payers when bills are available online.
It is each student's responsibility to monitor his or her online bill and all information and attachments sent via email to ensure that an account balance is paid in full by the due date. If parents or authorized payers have responsibility for payment, it is the student’s responsibility to forward this information or grant WebAdvisor access to these individuals so that they can access the information directly.
